A wedding. An ex. And a secret.
Maid-of-Honor Dani Brown can handle anything that comes her way when it comes to her best friend’s wedding. That is, until the bride asks for a huge favor—Dani needs to distract the best man, who happens to be Dani’s ex. The ex she has fantasized dismembering for a year now. The ex she’ll have to suck it up and play nice with if this wedding is to go off without a hitch.
Businessman Jamie Kingsland is back in Seattle for a wedding. There’s just one problem – the maid of honor wants him dead. Except she doesn’t. Even though he knows he broke her heart last year when things got too serious and he panicked and left, she’s being way too nice about it now. And it scares him.
Something is up with his favorite bridesmaid, and he’s determined to find out what…

*MY REVIEW*
Dani Brown, Maid-of-Honor for her best friend, Roxy, can is great at handling everything Roxy throws her way until Roxy surprises Dani by asking her to keep Jamie, Dani's ex-boyfriend, away from Roxy's groom.

Dani hasn't seen Jamie for over a year since that disastrous night when she dared to utter those three little words and now she needs to keep him distracted while keeping her heart guarded.

BRIDESMAID BLUES is a fun and flirty wedding book about best friends, love, and second chances. There are funny moments, there are sweet moments, and there are penis moments.

Boone Brux has the talent to weave a story with characters I (and you!) will adore. From Dani with her heart of gold and her love of horror movies and Jamie, the confirmed bachelor who doesn't really that what he really wants is love. The secondary characters all leave you curious about them and wondering what pairing will come next in this series all while you are rooting for Dani and Jamie to get together.

I loved the blend of humor and sweetness within these pages and the 'will they' or 'won't they?' moments. I truly liked this pairing together and how even with a year of space between them they still remember the little things about one another.

BRIDESMAID BLUES is the perfect book for summer - the season of weddings - and is lighthearted and flirty. This is truly an enjoyable read!
