Book Blitz {Review + Giveaway}: POSITIVE/NEGATIVITY by D.D. Lorenzo

When Opposites Attract...

Aria Cole and Declan Sinclair are as opposite as positive is to negative. They have one thing in common; their love of being near the ocean.

When Aria escapes to a beach house to heal after a devastating loss she comes face to face with an interesting man.

Declan Sinclair has traveled the world. He uses his body as well as his mind in the fast paced Modeling industry. As he ages in a profession that favors youth, Declan retreats to his home at the beach to form a strategy for the future. His interest is piqued by a solitary woman who sits daily within his view.

Can Aria see through her sorrow to accept the kindness of a handsome stranger?

Will Declan decelerate his fast paced life to enjoy the company of a blue eyed girl?

Would evil in the heart of a narcissistic rival threaten a seed before it's sown?

The account of the story of Aria and Declan challenges us to solve an interesting riddle: Can Positive results be propelled as a result of a Negative circumstance?

Declan and Aria explosively chronicle the positive and negative aspects of the emotions that affect us all...

Declan Sinclair is a male model, looking to find new roots and purpose at the beach. As luck would have it, he meets just the person he needs in his life, Aria Cole.

Aria, grieving the loss of her father, needed an escape. Thinking of the happier times she shared with her father and her family she heads back to the beach. Longing to feel something other than the grief that threatens to suffocate her, Aria never imagines meeting a male model who finds her attractive and wants to get to know her.

As Aria and Declan become closer, eventually moving from friends to being in a relationship, an outside force threatens their relationship from the second she finds out about it. With malicious intent threatening Declan and Aria's seemingly perfect relationship, will they be able to withstand the storm together or will this outside force drive them apart?

First off, let me just say...I loved Positive/Negativity. There wasn't a thing that I didn't like about this book. From the chapters being set to music, to the characters, plot and setting, I loved it all. What I especially loved was at the end of each chapter there was a short paragraph, sometimes in a different character's thoughts and sometimes in a third person point of view, but either way I was fascinated by how the author had set up each chapter like that.

Aria Cole is down to earth, has a driven mind set, owns her own business, and she's a girl with some curves. She's not a skinny supermodel which is what I loved about her character and her being paired with Declan. The pairing would have been a little too cliche if they had both been models. I felt that Aria was a good match for Declan. Although the complete opposite of Declan, they still had a lot in common. Aria helped Declan be a better man and believed in him enough that he was finally able to stop thinking about plans and instead make them happen.

Positive/Negativity is not your typical love story. Although it has passion and romance, there is also a lot of suspense. Quite a few times I wondered what was going to happen next as I read this book.

Overall Positive/Negativity is a absolutely incredible read and after the way it ended, let me tell you... I need book two, SELECTIVE/MEMORY, right now!

5 stars all around for both D.D. Lorenzo and POSITIVE/NEGATIVITY.
