Heath Kerrigan and Lucy Roberts have known each other for years. Their families are close and have always hoped for a marriage between the families one day. Lucy's fantasy groom always used to be William, Heath's twin brother, in her mind, but as the years went on that dream vanished. The summer of her 15th year put the nail in the coffin of the dream permanently.
Ten years later and Lucy is looking for Mr. Stable and Commitment. While Heath and the rest of the Kerrigan brothers are in her life still, Lucy and Heath still have their share of troubles lingering from that summer. Now Lucy is getting ready to let the matchmakers decide her destiny and must put Heath behind her permanently.
Who is Lucy's groom to be?
And will Heath ever have a chance to convince Lucy he wants her and is sorry for the past?
WHAT I LOVED ABOUT THIS SERIAL -
-The Kerrigan boys mother is an English Lit professor so all her sons names are based on English Lit names.
-HEATHCLIFF! I am so in love with Heath. His looks, his charm, and especially what he said about 'anchors'. He's so dreamy and swoonworthy even if he has his not so fine moments.
-The marriage experiment. This sounds so different and obviously I have never read a book that features a couple getting together like this so I loved this fresh new plot.
-Lucy and Sarah's friendship.
I also really loved how Trust was in Lucy's POV while Honor was in Heath's with the last part, Love was told by both Lucy and Heath. The alternating POV's were great and I enjoyed getting into both Heath's and Lucy's minds.
I honestly cannot stress enough how much I loved Heath. I thought he was such a great character. I really enjoyed Lucy's characters too, of course, but there was something about Heath that drew me to him. I am so interested in seeing what happens with the rest of the Kerrigan brother's also. Luckily for us readers we only have to wait until the 29th!
