My Review
My first Roxy Sloane reads were The Expose. I didn't think I could love her books more than I did those ones...I WAS WRONG! The Scene is set in Miami and reminded me of a reality show.
Nikki goes to Miami seeking answers about the death of her brother. There is a mystery behind Nikki's character and her brother's death. Xavier, a billionaire guest at the hotel she works proves to be a distraction for Nikki with his irresistible charm and good looks. His explanation for those billions though? Sketchy! Xavier is definitely hiding something, but what is it?
The chemistry in undeniable between Nikki and Xavier and Xavier himself is so scorching he could melt your panties off in a heartbeat. The sparks fly, but there are plenty of twists and turns with this book.
What a great start to Sloane's newest series! I am loving this first book!!
