MY REVIEW
Levi and Carrie grew up together and were each other's first loves. When they parted six years ago, Levi joined the Marines as Carrie moved to Wyoming to live with her aunts and receive better medical care for her diabetes.
When Carrie comes home she runs straight into her past - Levi is home from the Marines and looking better than ever despite the injuries he suffered months prior.
As the two of them work together and become closer, the truth about their past and future comes out and Levi and Carrie try and figure out where things go from there.
Can't Resist A Cowboy is irresistible! It has been a long time since I picked up a cowboy book to read and I'm glad this is the first one I started with again. Levi makes cowboys look so darn hot.
Carrie and Levi's relationship is sweet but passionate. From the beginning you can tell these two never really got over one another. Both characters are pretty similar, but have their differences also. They play off of one another and work well together as a couple. I also enjoyed Levi's interactions with his family especially the boy's night scene.
Elizabeth Otto paints a pretty picture with her descriptive scenery of Agate and Paint River. Agate is a type of place anyone would fell comfortable in and fall in love with.
From plot to characters and scenery, Can't Resist A Cowboy doesn't lack a thing. I loved this story and hope that other readers will love it as much as I do.

Elizabeth Otto grew up in a Wisconsin town the size of a postage stamp, where riding your horse to the grocery store, and skinny dipping after school were perfectly acceptable. No surprise that she writes about small communities and country boys. She’s the author of paranormal romance, and hot, emotional, contemporary romance, and has no guilt over frequently making her readers cry. When not writing, she works full-time as an Emergency Medical Technician for a rural ambulance service.
